      Union benefits are pretty solid People are great

      Store is chronically understaffed Management doesn’t care about the quality of new employee onboarding, leading to a massive backlog of work that never gets done

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
