      Pros

      Good, stable company. Good people overall. They have been working to improve professional development, but support in this area is surprisingly slim for a company of its size. If you are driven, you can get some good leadership opportunities and growth.

      Cons

      Base pay is somewhat on the lower end. No bonuses, incentives, or stock options. Since it is a family owned company the lack of stock options is not a surprise, but I would expect at least the possibility a bonus and/or better healthcare options and 401(k) plan.

      Pros

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
