      No professional development- big gap between salaries and bonuses and parties of management and non management. No room for advancement. Pay is way below market.

      Free snacks, coffee. Modern office.

      Cons

      Pay is way below market. Lack of integrity and transparency. Extremely high turnover in the accounting department. Once you leave the company, don’t expect HR to do anything for you, even it’s their job to verify information requested by government.
