MegaMex Foods interview questions

Two interviews were conducted. The first interview was with the manager of the direct department I will be in, I liked the interview was more conversational than a strict question to answer. I felt relaxed and comfortable, allowing me to showcase my skills. The second interview was with HR and the Warehouse Manager. I felt this was also a conversation interview which can showcase a person's personality and if you believe they would be a good fit for the company's culture. I informed them of my goals for my career and the expected time frame I will achieve them. They understood and said they love to promote growth within the company while encouraging leadership skills that can be taught.
