Disengenious leadership/management, personnel in home office operate without consideration of staff on the ground, you're led to believe that your hiring means comp is truly interested in your experience and contribution, beware, if you have an independent voice you will be met with resistance, exclusion and labeled as not flying the comp flag. I worked here for 3 yrs, and though I brought 16 yrs of experience in the industry and attempted to provide feedback on how to improve processes and procedures, was shuttled to different departments and worked under 5 supervisors during that time. If ur a lemming and are happy to swallow the Kool aide, MegaFood may be where you want to work. If you have a mind, self respect and believe that speaking truth to power is a responsibility of being a valuable employee to any organization, them STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Many high profile positions have left after I finished my tenure here. Hypocrisy doesn't even begin to describe the prevailing management style of this company.
