We are happy to hear that you have been pleased with your compensation and bonus. With our CRAs in particular we reward them not just with base compensation but with an opportunity to earn significant additional compensation tied directly to their travel and performance as well as the opportunity to earn Medpace equity awards very early in their career. Regarding work from home, we have made recent changes to our remote work policy in support of our culture of in-office collaboration, while still providing opportunities for associates to work from home when personal flexibility is needed.
