Pros

The main advantage of working there is that they provide monitoring training and work experience to brand new CRAs. But there’s better companies out there that provide the same. The company CRAs are very nice people and support each other but don’t expect any support from line management, project management and the support team personnel based in the USA.

Cons

- Significantly below market salaries (up to 25% below market) and the annual bonus (about 5%) doesn’t make up for the difference - Extremely high turnover from burnout - Office is constantly understaffed - All personnel are extremely overworked - Toxic work culture - No work life balance - Overall Bad and toxic management that doesn’t take accountability for their mistakes and pushes the blame on others - Travel perks are good but travel policy makes it difficult to benefit from them
