Pros

Absolutely none. It's a waste of a company with a failing reputation.

Cons

This CRO's choices never cease to amaze me. They're letting people go left and right during the COVID-19 crisis in the name of "saving money" while still hiring new employees every week. Maybe because they wasted millions of dollars on a building that looks like it was designed by a toddler? The CEO is a joke that's never around and spends all of his time in Florida while underpaying employees. HR is a waste of a department full of incompetent and disrespectful employees. This place is hands down the worst CRO you could ever work for. Please save yourself the trouble and go work for any other CRO (who, by the way, are still able to hire and maintain employees during this crisis because they know how to manage money).

We are very sorry to hear you feel negatively about the organization. In this time of COVID-19, Medpace, like a lot of businesses, has had to make some very difficult decisions. We are navigating as best as we can and assure you we are taking this very seriously. Although we had maintained our full workforce with full pay for the initial weeks of Ohio’s lockdown order, despite the fact that many of our positions cannot be performed if our campus is not open, unfortunately this is not a sustainable long-term option. It was a very difficult decision to release some of our on-campus staff, and we hope that the severance packages offered to them will help in part to sustain during a difficult economic time for everyone. We certainly understand the frustration and anxiety everyone feels in this difficult time and we are confident that by working together we will get through this. Stay safe!
