Literally everything else. This place is so beyond toxic and horrible that it is shocking when I see new grads accepting job offers there. I truly just want to grab them and tell them to run the other way, that going through other interviews and waiting a little longer to start a job would be better than this. I have known people to quit after just a few months because it's easy to get a job, but no one wants to stay. They play favorites like they're Mozart playing the piano, they're literally pros at putting people down and pushing out the ones who don't drink the Kool-Aid. They also make false promises for what your career can look like and how quickly you can get there.
The CEO is a kind man, but truly has no idea what is going on at his own company. He posts on LinkedIn like it is all great and dandy, but those who have worked there know that these poor people are working 12 hour days for little to no commission. The actual pay structure is so below average that it is laughable.
Account managers work with sketchy clients who have been known to treat their employees poorly. We were taught to be so brief with talent that we never could create a true connection with them. If you want to help people, this is not the place to work.
They will put you on a PIP for one bad week. They fired someone after SIX WEEKS after preaching they give everyone a chance and understand it can be difficult to pick up a new job.
Lately the company has gone down the drain. I see people posting on LinkedIn daily about how they are leaving the company and this all really started after the acquisition. My advice is 1) don't take a job here, but if you do, don't stay for more than a year and 2) just run away. I am so grateful I got out when I did. This place is a mess.
