Pros
Medix is a great place to both begin, and expand your career. They have an awesome internal environment where you feel like everyone within the organization is behind you at all times. It is definitely a "if you want a raise, work harder to give yourself one" environment. Medix is an extremely motivating workplace as you're always pressing forward, hand-in-hand, with you're fellow colleagues/friends. I have loved my time at Medix, and I can't wait to see where this company goes in the future from an organizational and industry standpoint.
Cons
-Hours can be long for those who aren't bought in to the overall corporate vision.
-Complicated CRM/Metrics software that takes a lot of time to work through
-Weekly team building meetings can get a little excessive. I feel like we spend as much time talking about work as we do actually working.
