Pros

When you first start, you feel like this company really cares about your growth because they offer a lot of training material with their six month training program. There are a ton of videos and blogs to review to help you expand your knowledge on a variety of topics.

Cons

The pay and commission structure is not the best, it’s below the average of any company I’ve ever heard of. Sales people get all the credit for the recruiters work. A lot of people here are extremely judgmental though they act like they aren’t. If you’re not making money for the company from the start, you aren’t valued. You’re just a money maker here, not an individual.
