Pros

I started with Medix in January; from day one everyone in my office has been there to help me out and to make sure I am comfortable doing the job. During the first 90 days you get to work 9-6pm which is great for some people to get adjusted to the schedule ( I came from a job that I worked 7am-7pm everyday so the hours have been fine to me). Also during your first 90 days you also get 2 reviews with your account manager so you can track your progress and make sure to focus on your weakness' and turn them to your strengths. After your 90 days is up you work 7:30-6pm and get to leave early 2 days a week to go to the gym (which is awesome because you don't really feel like going when you get home at 6:30pm). Every Monday you meet with your account manager to go over the previous week which is really good to help keep you on track to get into the sales training program. Whats also really cool is that Medix just came out with a professional career path for recruiters and sales people so they continue to build the great teams they already have. Finally you get to leave early on Friday's, which as anyone knows is awesome on a Friday!

Cons

The hours do get long but you work with a great team so it helps make it easier at work. If you aren't prepared to work hard this job isn't for you.
