      Pros

      The people you work with are great (usually the recruiters). You will learn a lot but if you work with any staffing agency you will learn a lot (there are better ones out there).

      Cons

      -Low pays, long hours, little guidance. -They do provide you with a week of training but from there its learn as you go. -Management has favorites. If you do not get "in" with management you're "career" with Medix is going to be very limited. -Very micro managed weekly reports and if you do not hit your numbers you will be out. -Lots of turnover.

      Pros

      It was a great experience. I meet a lot of new people i gained some new skills. It was a lovely place.

      Cons

      I would say, kind, I would say no discrimination the against harassment in the workplace friendly people.

      Weekly pay, easy communication, sick leave

      Cons

      No health-care, no dental care, no vision care, 401k options available only 6 months into contract.
