      - You get a decent starting wage - pretty good hours for a pharmacy (nine to five) - Some good co-workers - It is located in a nice building

      Cons

      -No growth opportunity - Bad management - Competitive co-workers (and not for good jobs) - backstabbing is common - bullying is common even among management
