The people. There are some good people working there trying there best to be successful in a “sinking ship” of an organization.
Cons
Leadership: -lack of vision,direction, or product strategy -lack lustre leadership, don’t have the qualification nor skill set to be in the role. All leadership cares about is the next acquisition -you are truly just a number working here -zero investment into product development. The products are literally 20 years old -unethical organization
