      Pros

      Relaxed environment and friendly coworkers, everyone helps each other out. Great team atmosphere with support from all levels of the organization. Flexible schedule to take time off if you don’t have enough PTO - able to take care of personal and family situations when needed. Company shutdown at end of year is a bonus.

      Cons

      Contract manufacturing has it's highs and lows.

      - On the job training - Friendly coworkers - Not incredibly demanding - Very flexible and accommodating - Optional happy hour outings - Lots of celebrations and work parties

      - Small company, not a lot of room for growth - Sometimes slow and not a lot of work

      Good place to start and learn, you just have to be able to teach yourself.

      Pay, No increases, No bonuses, Very expensive benefits, upper management overrules engineers and compromises safety.
