      Good conditions. Realistic work expectations. Genuinely friendly work environment. Interesting work.

      Cons

      Company is growing rapidly. Although in some ways this is good, It is becoming more impersonal, and harder to keep up with everything than it used to be. Unfortunately, I think this is an inevitable side effect of becoming larger.

      Pros

      Some very nice people. Easy work and a free yearly trip to Germany. No QA reviews.

      Cons

      Product quality is bad, customers complain price is too high. Leadership is very high ego and becoming extreme. Extreme favoritism at executive level.
