Salary is good. Projects are fast-paced and given a lot of responsibilities which make one learn quickly. The company is filled with great engineers who are very good in their respective fields.
Cons
Bad management. No appreciation for one's work. Weekends are mostly eaten up in work, a very hectic routine.
