aggressive environment and lacks professionalism - Engineer MaxLinear Employee Review

The mamagemnt teamt are not positive leaders and don't generally treat employees well. They seem to have a lot of turnover in HR so no one is ever there long enough to help but not sure mgmt would let them make changes anyway. The common theme among the leaders in the company is one of aggression.
