      there are lot small project to work , sometimes you have to be on call at late night also

      there is no limit for a learner, you will get a huge to learn and implement in real time project and direct contac with client

      Matellio has a very flat organization structure allowing employees to thrive and take on more responsibility. The company also encourages employees to look for opportunities for improvement and to implement those as they find them.

      If they didn’t scam people, they would be good because they have a good communication. It’s just not truthful when it comes to billing clients.

      Cons

      They make up billable rates, but really charge a whole lot more
