The colleagues, the hours can be okay, to be honest you have to try really hard to find many good reasons to stay.
Cons
Management, area managers, operations, systems, pay, mentality, leadership, structure, internal development, personal development, the uniforms, the breaks are too short and often get pushed back, the rules, policy, the stupid things they come up with and never follow through with.
