Management will not support you. Honestly managers there are like used cars sales men. You will have so much work and no one to support you. Managers abuse their power and talk about you behind your back. Family owned company and it’s clear that family members take precedence over other employees. Your pay for the amount of work you do is a joke. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!! Managers won’t show up to calls that they asked to have scheduled. If they do show up know they won’t be prepared. Please note, there are NO job descriptions. They will tell you the position is for customer success please know it’s more a project manager, coder, account manager,customer service ect.! Also you have access to all routing numbers and account numbers to very large accounts... pretty sure that’s illegal! Well good luck!
