Where do I start? This company runs on a culture of blame. They neverr take responsibility for their own contributions to the existing (huge) problems and instead blame whomever they can for not being able to fix their messes fast enough. They make bad technical decisions and then blame the team for when things go south or more work has to be done to use the tool that should have been used from the start. It's a disaster. Until and unless they address the core source of these problems, this will never get better, no matter how good you are at what you do. You will just be the next person to blame. If you dare speak up for yourself you will be marked with a scarlet letter.
