Pros
Seemingly cool company to work for. Lots of great products & projects with exciting partners. The real benefit of working here is the people you meet. Every. Single. Employee. is a joy to work with. Props to HR/Management for finding these gems. Despite what is said below, the experience of working at M&D was enlightening as to what I require in an employer. Lots of positive memories of working there, though just as many negative.
Cons
Long hours, high(!) stress, very little transperancy, business processes are nonexistent or hard to maintain. Entirely open work space so sometimes it's hard to focus/get work done.
