Pros

-Owners, management, and co-workers are all well studied in the millwork industry with a long history of woodworking. I started at the company a few years ago with very limited knowledge of the industry. I was taught everything I know by the owners and experienced engineers. -Nearly everyone in the company is friendly and makes time for you. There is a family-like feel coming into work in the morning and arriving to a room full of like minded people who want to put out the best work possible. -Plenty of room for an individual to grow. Many possibilities for career advancement. -The hiring process is different, but works. People are hired for a position within the company and will be presented with many opportunities for growth depending on your strengths and weaknesses. -Owners and management notice when you put in extra work and make it known that they are appreciative. They buy the office and shop lunches every Friday and have an employee of the month program where you can get a certificate and a nice bonus. -The company has the latest software and hardware in the office including multiple monitors, stand up desks, Autodesk applications, Microvellum, and Microsoft Office applications. -The shop is climate controlled with heated floors. -Work stations within the custom millwork side of the shop have been established with dedicated tools for use on different projects. -The new addition was specifically engineered for the cabinet production line and shipping department.

Cons

-The work is fast-paced, and can be overloading from time to time if you are on a time crunch. (Management has made much improvement to scheduling and communication which helps ease this issue) -Growing pains do exist, however management is quick to address the issue and relive any areas affected.
