Pros
1. Shift allowance for afternoon shift 2. Senior management people are good and try to listen your concerns and take action.
Cons
1. Most of the work and calls are in US office hours .. all leads and most of the team members are from US. 2. As the processes are not established, so there are differences between the commitments what was told before accepting offer and after joining MM. 3. Less communication or 1:1 call with immediate manager in India. So all feedback depends on the US people's review and there is a gap. 4. There is no salary band based on the Designation and Role
