Pros
- diversity in projects, you have the opportunity to work on multiple projects variety in technologies: RESTful APIs, Kafka, relational and non relational databases, AWS, Docker - performances are rewarded, evaluations are made and bonuses are granted - full perks package and corporate events - room for improvements in solutions and technologies, even though I proposed a solution, it was appreciated, even though it was not approved due to technical skills of other team members, at least I had the opportunity to work on a better solution to fit better the team's scope.
Cons
- accesses: you need to request access to service desk for every system, which is not necessary a bad thing, security reason, not to have access where you should not have access, but might become a bit annoying to request accesses for n pieces where you need to have access to do your work.
