Pros
I really enjoy working with my colleagues - they are very kind hearted, positive folks. It's not a cut-throat environment and people will try their best to assist if you need help. I wouldn't say it's a family oriented environment, but most people try to make it a positive work experience and have good intentions.
Cons
The work is not very challenging, and rarely any opportunities for growth. Easy to get stuck doing the same type of work, because there's no one else to do it. There's no learning or development path at all. The other reviews have said it, the compensation and benefits is not competitive and promotions are rare and arbitrary. Not the most exciting place if you're career driven. You'll feel constantly held back. Not willing to invest in new technology or divergent thinking, everyone at the top has been around for ages - they get paid no matter what, no incentive to be different, while the people who actually do the work don't see meaningful compensation. There's a lot of lip service to whatever is social issue is trending but not a lot of actual action being taken. A lot of patting our own backs for really basic things that most other companies have already been doing. Take a look at some of the responses to negative reviews here - typical and standard for the type of communications from the top.
