Pros

Opportunity to learn from and be surrounded by the best talent in hospitality Operations, Development, CRM. Portfolio of strong and diverse brands. Beautiful new offices in a good location.

Cons

What used to be an awesoem culture has changed over the years due new leadership, hybrid work and competitive cost pressures. HR leadership is poor - no suppport for managers in handling underperforming associates, hiring process is horrible for managers and applicants, and there are no policies/ salary flexibility in place to keep high performers. Salaries are lower here than at neighboring competitors for the same roles.

Pros

Department is great! Hours are flexible with respect to workload. Career growth at the company is outstanding as long as you show dedication and commitment to the role.

Cons

"Full time" hourly employees face cuts during off seasons which makes the job posting information about full time hours unclear and is only addressed after the hiring process concludes during orientation and is not highlighted and often quickly discussed to stream light on the perks that do not calculate the negative impact on the factors left out after the fact.
