Pros

The pro is, this is a job where you get paid

Cons

Working here will break your spirit in ways you'll never recover. They are corrupt, useless and abusive. The managers themselves create a horrible environment, they want you scared and paranoid. It's almost a miracle this place hasn't been shut down for violation of morals and ethics. I've seen horrific prosecution of average decent employees when their LEADERS are facing allegations of corruption. The office is nasty (toilets dont work, looks so old no matter how hard they try to make it groovy). HR is incompetent too (objectively very little qualifications and no sensitivity nor skills). Managers are another breed of a lowlife. Dirty, nasty place to work for. My advise: please please please dont do this to your life. And if you do, have a clear plan to leave, dont let them break you.

Pros

Great Benefits. You can see the company makes a real effort to take care of their employees.

Cons

The expectations of hours worked are very high. 50 hours a week is the minimum, the reality is you will be at the property a lot longer each day.

Pros

Department is great! Hours are flexible with respect to workload. Career growth at the company is outstanding as long as you show dedication and commitment to the role.

Cons

"Full time" hourly employees face cuts during off seasons which makes the job posting information about full time hours unclear and is only addressed after the hiring process concludes during orientation and is not highlighted and often quickly discussed to stream light on the perks that do not calculate the negative impact on the factors left out after the fact.
