Pros

Pleasing the guests. Putting smiles on faces. Enjoyed holiday gifts. Pay was above average. Flexibility in scheduling. Not to many other pros to list.

Cons

Frequent memos about pointless things, sometimes including conflicting information and required employees acknowledgments. Changes in policy that were important were often not made clear, sometimes resulted in write-ups of employees because of the lack of understanding. Even if employees asked questions of management, we were left wondering, or told to take up with another entity. Employees were written up in mass and for frivolous events. Management pushed blame to lower levels and never owned up to mistakes.

Pros

Department is great! Hours are flexible with respect to workload. Career growth at the company is outstanding as long as you show dedication and commitment to the role.

Cons

"Full time" hourly employees face cuts during off seasons which makes the job posting information about full time hours unclear and is only addressed after the hiring process concludes during orientation and is not highlighted and often quickly discussed to stream light on the perks that do not calculate the negative impact on the factors left out after the fact.
