      I started as a trainee from college staff were highly experienced and taught me a lot allowing me to become more comfortable in the kitchen and at home cooking the management are friendly staff are fed lunch which saves money on food in central london and it’s also easy to travel to

      Great culture, room for growth, transfer within 6 months with good tenure

      I did not have any, I worked with great people, some were not so great but overall. I really enjoyed myself and the work.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
