      Pros

      you get training every 2/3 months you get feedbacks the management is not agressive as in many companys there are a few benefits as discounts on stays towards the hotel brands

      Cons

      you get quite a lot of pressure but I think that it's worse for high positions the salary is correct but not higher than in other hotel brands not much freedom, lots of processes

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
