      The ability to rotate between functions within the Tax department was great. This lead to a well rounded experience.

      Cons

      Opportunity for advancement was greatly limited. The organization was top heavy with several senior managers, VPs, etc

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
