Great image and reputation, traditionally, the company has offered great benefits, the employee discount rate at hotels and the ability to make decisions involving customers and your acreer at most levels of the company.
Cons
In some hotels, long, hard hours are needed to move ahead, even if they are not necessary, set match for 401K/profit sharing has been replaced with a variable match causing higher paid employees to severely limit their contributions, career opportunities are based less upon what you have accomplished and more about who knows your name, medical benefits costs have gone up substantially, slow growth means fewer opportunities to move ahead
