      Great leadership from executives, true concern and compassion for employees, smart people doing fantastic work.

      Cons

      Many associates long tenure means little turnover and fewer opportunities for advancement than usually touted. Some areas can be very hierarchical and bureaucratic.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
