Pros

Job security. 6% matching 401k. Dental limit at 1,500 per year for about 2 bucks a month. Very good Benefits and a job that you know is secure.

Cons

Teamwork is essential in a hotel job. If you are Front Desk, you will get complaints from other team members' performance. ie. room not cleaned property (usually something small like someone didn't empty one of the trash bins in the room). You will then have to deal with a problem you did not cause in effect cleaning up their mess, some but very few guests can be very petty with small issues. Biggest con is in evening when people can sometimes get rowdy, but this is seldom. A good FD and NA combo can minimize rowdy crowds.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
