      Marriott offers a wonderful benefits package and advancement opportunities. The clientele is good with loyal Marriott Reward members. Marriott offers stability.

      Cons

      Downsides of working at Marriott is that there is more accountability working for corporate. The demands are greater than working for a franchise.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
