      Great benefits; excellent support and opportunity for advancement; the most comprehensive program for continuing education I have ever been offered; including free online opportunities.

      Cons

      Flex schedule somewhat demanding, especially where family is concerned; very few weekends available to spend with family.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
