Pros

Autonomy, product and the amount of different brands, strategy is constantly changing in sales.

Cons

Managers are scared to make firm decisions. It is impossible to fix blatant problems in organization. Very much still an ole boys club at executive level. Be a soldier not a thought or solution provider.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
