Pros
- Flexible work timings - No micro-management, but depends on your manager.
Cons
- Worst HR department. - They don't listen your concerns and even if they do they try to push it under the rug instead of resolving your issue. - Managers don't care about your carrer growth nor your hike. - No matter how hard you work, you'll be made to work for peanuts. - No hike will be given until you put down your papers. I strugged for the last 3 yrs. - No regards to employees who have gone on Maternity leave. - They don't hesitate to skip your hike for silly reasons and don't address anything after joining back from a break.
