1. Marlabs didn't give any opportunity for almost 1.5 years. So for almost 1,5 years, we were on the bench. They don't even give me any work to do. And it's not only happened to me but to almost 15 - 20 freshers across different departments. 2. After 1.5 years suddenly one day they told me to give resign letter and this incident didn't happen only with me, There were almost 2 - 3 freshers from our department who were also laid off by the company. just 5 months before that another 8 freshers from our department has been laid off by this company without giving them any opportunity to work on. 3. By reading the 1st & 2nd points I know you might have a question in mind that 'why didn't I leave the company?' Because we were on the bond for 2 years with the company. So if we leave the company we need to pay for bond amount. 4. Here HRs are like the boss of the company. Their attitude and tone are like they own you, I really itching my palm to specify a name here who gave us so much trouble but I won't reveal the name. 5. For some of the freshers' company even gave the KT session for the project, After completing the kt session we were told the client don't need them now on the project. For some, they even got dropped from the project after getting the credentials. 6.They ruined 1.5 years of my career, After 1.5 years I literally have zero experience. I literally begged my managers for a project, but every time they have the same answer 'There is no project available right now, if we get any we'll let you know'. I have heard this line almost 100th times. So my suggestion is if you are a fresher don't ever join this company. They will ruin the first few years of your carrier.
