First stay away from any 3PLor broker unless you need to get experience. No job security because manufacturers will resign with someone else. I was on the LG home appliances team. You’re there to train associates, clean appliances, move appliances reset appliances unbox appliances very dirty work. The starting pay was $19-$21 full-time. You work Tuesday through Saturday or Monday through Friday. You work all major holidays and weekends and they give you a comp day while the rest of company is off. So unfair. Work directly if you can for the manufacturer to get the best pay and benefits. You are highly micromanaged, trackers in you, KPI’s are unattainable no discussion on contracts status and managers and regional managers are feckless in standing up to LG and doing the right thing they will never have your back regardless of experience or what you have done.. We have individuals on our team in Atlanta that could hardly write a sentence and was literally illiterate and was hired and is still employed making the rest of the team look bad, but nothing was said because a DEI. Twelve people within six months were either fired or quit because of the politics and micromanaging with this company. I would stay clear from Marketsource or any other third party labor…3PL or broker.
