They are known as unprofessional - this in part is due to skanking ppl out 40% of there wages.
Cons
I was offered £8 an hour, I did well over 40 hours a way a week, I got paid aboput £800 a month. The supervisors were pulling fruad and manipulative there is no doubt this was done knowingly. They knew what they were doing. You only work it out to when its too late. On top of that its a bad job and full of toxic people. I used travel over an hour to get there and the are vey disengenious crooks.
