The people are amazing and soon become friends. Highly experienced leadership and approachable.

Market Logic is a company that continuously reinvents itself and introduces frequent changes to structures and processes. This is both a con and a pro depending on your point of view - I certainly observed coworkers with strong opinions on either camp.
