      The people are immature, a lot of click , self absorbed people. They have a culture of throwing people under the bus. Its kind of pathetic. A TON OF GOSSIP.

      Pros

      Top notch woodworking, clean and safe shop, lots of great people. Excellent apprentice training.

      Cons

      High quality standards and performance expectations not reflected in pay - lots of red tape to gain a promotion. Lots of great people here, but upper management does little to foster a sense of teamwork or appreciation for hard work.
