Pros

-fun co workers -70% off website sales

Cons

-super low hourly pay for a “luxury” retailer, and don’t even try to negotiate, they don’t budge -no growth opportunities -no in store sales (having to compete with other retailers that carry our same product for less) -old school brand, does not adapt to current times and treats their employees exactly that way -extremely low traffic in stores, unable to make high sales goals -bag styles are outdated -manager plays favourites, acts passive aggressive and makes sexual remarks at female employees -manager extremely unqualified, won’t hire you on as a manager, regardless of your experience, if you’re not over the age of 30

Pros

Nice people there. They want you to be able to learn quick. Occasional discounts on their stuff if you worked their long enough. Everyone is in like one or two buildings near each other Decent bathroom Soho location

Cons

Workday for regular employees are 9-6 and 3 days a week in office (you choose what days), but as a contracted/Temp role requirements were to go in 5 days a week 9-5 Old systems (think they were going to move to SAP, better than what they had but still not the most modern software mind you) They sorta expect you to learn the accounting process for things from watching videos that are semi outdated and tell you to just watch the videos to learn even when that might not be the best method for you
