Let's use the term personal growth loosely, your yoga sessions don't make up for the ridicule and BS. Talent is also relative. No one at this company has any enterprise-class experience, a majority with less than 3 years of sales experience alone. Don't sell me about how talented the team is when no one has done anything to justify such. Refine your internal processes...or lack thereof. Still won't fix you being miserable. Stock option won't matter if they can't exercise them when you bankrupt the company. Cons
Gossip has nothing to do with your results and inability to execute. Lack of structure isn't an excuse for poor leadership and vision. Hand holding isn't necessary, but having a clue is. A monkey could sell MapAnything when a need is present. Your problem is who controls the need and distribution of the need internally. Missing quota does suck, but gossip happens when the entire company doesn't hit quota EVER ;)
