People are fantastic - great teamwork and some really great initiatives going on. Salary is average but bonuses are paid and social events happen regularly.

SMT are rude and unhelpful. They don't share key information so you can't do your job properly and then treat you like you're stupid when you don't know something. They spend all day in there office gossiping about staff members and you can hear them laughing down the corridor. Ignore you when you walk past. Rude childish behaviour
