Mantra Learning interview questions

A very standard interview with someone higher-up and another individual I'd be working with. Immediately, it was clear the higher-up (who was leading the interview) hadn't read my CV, as he was scanning through it to find noteworthy bits as we were having a conversation. I was also asked to send a few more examples of my work, after the interview, despite providing links to over eight examples before attending. I did this, and didn't hear back for two weeks. I had to chase twice, until I got the 'unfortunately we won't be proceeding with your application' email. No feedback. I would have appreciated some feedback after driving 45 minutes there and back, and sending on further examples of work after the interview.
